Wine Tasting
This group meets the 1st Saturday of the month at 6:30 pm. The host decides on the theme and each member brings an appetizer or dessert. The host purchases the wine based on how many people they expect to attend, and the cost of the wine purchase is split evenly among the participants. Each couple is expected to host at sometime during the year. We meet all year except during July. You may RSVP to the host of the month by signing up at the CNN monthly meeting or calling directly. It is greatly appreciated if you RSVP at least 5 days before.
There are different approaches to learning about wines. Some people like to give a formal presentation on the wines, while others like to type up something about the wines. It should be what you are comfortable doing. Since it is wine tasting, it is always good to learn something about the wines. Presentations need not be lengthy, just informative.
